Ingredients
- One 11 oz bag of tortilla chips
- ½ can of refried beans
- 3 organic chicken sausages
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 onion chopped
- Dash of salt, pepper, paprika
- Toppings: salsa, avocado, tomatoes, anything you’d like!
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Line two baking sheets with parchment and paper and cover evenly with tortilla chips
- Chop your onion and chicken sausage into small pieces and sprinkle over chips
- Add 1 cup of cheese and take small spoonful’s of the beans and place over chips
- Add remaining cup of cheese and spices
- Place in oven for 15 minutes and assemble your toppings!
