Nachos!

Ingredients

  • One 11 oz bag of tortilla chips
  • ½ can of refried beans
  • 3 organic chicken sausages
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Dash of salt, pepper, paprika
  • Toppings: salsa, avocado, tomatoes, anything you’d like!

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Line two baking sheets with parchment and paper and cover evenly with tortilla chips
  • Chop your onion and chicken sausage into small pieces and sprinkle over chips
  • Add 1 cup of cheese and take small spoonful’s of the beans and place over chips
  • Add remaining cup of cheese and spices
  • Place in oven for 15 minutes and assemble your toppings!
