Ingredients
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp brown sugar or 1 tsp stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly
- Divide into two mason jars and store in the fridge overnight or for 8 hours to allow for a thicker texture
- Optional pudding toppings: blueberries, tbsp of peanut butter, coconut shreds, etc!
