Healthier Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups non dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 stevia packet (optional depending on how sweet you want it)

Instructions

  • In a vitamix or blender combine all ingredients and blend
  • Pour hot chocolate mix into a mug and heat in microwave for 1-1 ½ minutes or heat on stovetop
  • Enjoy and top with marshmallows if desired!
