Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- Dash of sea salt
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix together almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, and cinnamon in a bowl
- Mix together bananas, eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl and pour over the bowl of dry ingredients
- Mix well and add chocolate chips. Pour mixture into individual muffin pan
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes
