After becoming interested in improving my diet, I try to incorporate natural ways to reduce inflammation. Spices such as turmeric, and herbs such as thyme, can help to reduce any inflammation one might experience.
*It has been proven that when you add black pepper to turmeric, the pepper enhances the anti-inflammatory properties that are given from the turmeric!
