Keto Style Quiche

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • Turkey bacon bits (you can buy them packaged or cook your own turkey bacon and chop into small pieces)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Sauté veggies in a skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl with almond milk and add salt and pepper and any additional spices of your choice
  • Once veggies are cooked, spray pie dish or loaf pan with non-stick spray and pour in veggies
  • Next, pour eggs over veggies and add in cheese and turkey bacon bits
  • Bake at 400 F degrees in oven for 35-45 minutes
