Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon
- ½ juice from a lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Make your honey mustard sauce: In a small bowl combine lemon juice, olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and spices and stir well
- Brush the marinade on the salmon generously
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until the salmon reaches 145 degrees F
- Serve with side salad and rice!
