(Makes 2 servings)
Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brew or chilled coffee
- 1 cup any type of milk (I used almond milk)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp honey
- Toppings: chocolate syrup, coconut shreds, cacao nibs, and/or whipped cream (or non-dairy whipped cream)
Instructions
- Combine ice, coffee, milk, cacao powder, vanilla, honey, and chocolate chips into a blender or vitamix and blend very well until smooth consistency
- Pour into a glass and add optional toppings
